Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if my team's fixtures change?

Fixture dates and kick-off times are set by the competition organisers and change through the season - for TV scheduling, cup runs and postponements. Your chart shows the fixture list as published at the start of the season. Because changes are outside our control, we can't offer refunds or replacements when a fixture moves. There's space to write in the new date, which is rather the point of the chart.

2. What sizes do you offer?

Three: A3 (29.7 × 42cm), A2 (42 × 59.4cm) and A1 (59.4 × 84.1cm). A1 is the one that makes a wall look like a wall - it's the size most people go for and the one we'd recommend if you've got the space. A3 suits a desk, a door or a smaller room.

3. Can I write on it if it's framed?

Yes. Our frames are open-front with no glass, so you write straight onto the print exactly as you would unframed. Choose black, white or oak. If you'd rather frame it yourself, pick Print Only - it's a standard A-size, so any off-the-shelf frame fits.

4. What's it printed on?

Premium 230gsm matte paper with a pen-friendly finish - no glare, no smudging, no bleed-through. Prints arrive flat in a board-backed envelope, never rolled or folded. We also sell a smudge-free pen made for this paper if you want one that's guaranteed not to skip.

5. How long does delivery take?

Print-only orders arrive in around 3–5 working days, framed orders in 5–7 as each frame is made to order. Everything is tracked and you'll get the tracking number as soon as it leaves us. Free UK delivery on orders over £50. If you order a chart alongside a pen or hanging strips, they're dispatched separately, so expect two parcels.

6. Is this an official club product?

No, and deliberately so. Halftime Press is an independent product made by fans, for fans. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any club, league or governing body. Club names are used only to identify which chart is which, and there are no crests or league marks on the design.
